"Flower and colour"

I was born in a village in eastern Crete, which was surrounded by flowers, the sun, the sea, mountains and churches.

In spring the chamomiles blossomed in our yard like an embroidered carpet in white and yellow. I was entranced by their smell, which made me dream fairy-lands.

Every afternoon the sea looked like a golden meadow as I was watching my father setting out to go fishing on his smack. Sometimes it was blowing and the water was becoming rough. It was changing colours as if it was enchanted ...

In the summer, we camped in St Fanouris yard, which was opposite the port. I played with all the children in the coves, until late at night. We slept under the huge tamarisks and in the morning, before the dawn came, we could see the smacks entering the port. And while the rising sun was mirrored on the water, the fishermen were celebrating for their good fish catch ...

This is how my childhood was, surrounded by sea and flowers. This is where I was inspired from to make hand-made creations teeming with fairy tale and artistry, designed with love and imagination, and always with repsect to the environment and nature.

Thus, I make elaborate, hand-made bombonieres and invitations with romantic spirit, imagination and artistry.

As for the Christening, the colours, shapes and designs look like a fairytale.
